请教法居士：谢谢帮我解答上次关于请教何时申请条件绿卡的问题。

我在这个问题上与我先生有不同的看法。他认为移民官当初在面试时告述我们填写I-751表的时间应在条件绿卡到期前的三个月，也就是在05/19/2005至08/19/2005期间填写。我们当时还收到一页纸的提示。全文内容如下：

Pursuade to section 216 of the immigration and nationality act, you have been granted conditional permanent residence status as of 08/19/2003.You must file form I-751, petition to remove the conditions on residence, between 05/20/2005 and 08/18/2005.(i.e. the 90 day period just prior to the second anniversary of you becoming a Conditional Permanent Resident.If a petition, Form I-751, to remove the conditional basis of your status is not filed within this period, your permanent resident status will automatically terminate and you will be subject to depotation from the Untied State.

可是条件绿卡的条件就是基于婚姻应在满二年的基础上才可以判定不是假结婚，就应给发永久绿卡。我对这个问题实在是不明白。多谢法居士能指点迷津。



附我上的问题：

我和我先生于2002年7月6日结婚。我通过身为公民的先生办理了绿卡申请。我于2003年8月6日通过了绿卡面试。我的条件绿卡有效期为08/19/03 至 08/19/2005到期。我的问题是具体何时我应该去除条件绿卡，转为永久绿卡。多谢有心者能根据我的案例提供何时填写I-751表具体的年，月，日。谢谢！！
