交 485 后 180 天换工作是不同的

法律上说 eb 绿卡是基于一个 permanat offer.
所以 485 pending 期间换工作 (AC21)，只不过是另一家公司给 permanat offer，这是法律许可的。
绿卡拿到后马上换，意味着 permanat offer 有点疑问。
以下是律师的意见：
As a rule of thumb, immigration attorneys like to suggest 6 months of work after the permanent residence is approved.

This is to avoid charges that the company or you committed fraud – in other words, to avoid accusations that you never really intended to work for the company or that the company really did not have a full time job for you.

However, in a circumstance like yours, the company is being sold and I do not think that it would be problematic if you took another opportunity.
