PERM 被拒多久可以重新申请?

我的PERM因为薪水达不到要求被拒了. 律师说移民官把我的category定高了. 而上诉需要花很多钱公司不给办. 建议我过一段时间再办. 是否有人知道多久可以再申请以及上次被拒是否会有影响? 非常感谢!
