加拿大亲属移民，是否需要无犯罪公正

My wife who is Canadian citizen, she's sponsoring for me and I don't know whether I need non-criminal certificate. I used to stay in 4 countries for more than 1 year, really too difficult and trouble some to get them all.

And when i was living in these places, I have applied visa to come to Canada and see my wife. So I cannot ignore these on my history form.
