再问485 name check

以前网上的STATUS 显示 正在security check，THERE IS NO KNOWN EVIDENCE HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE AND WHEN IT COMPLETE...

现在收到网上update 说"finger print review has been complete, the case is now at vermont service center..",

如何由此判断name check 是否完成？？有点搞不懂得是， 如果name check 未完成，现在怎会案例在vermonst service center 而不是FBI?
难道过程是FBI SECURITY CHECK-->退回SERVICE CENTER-->SEND TO FBI FOR NAME CHECK AGAIN?
