Duplicated Notice

I concurrent filed I-140 and 485 for EB1A last Nov after approval of my I-140 (NIW). Both filed to TSC. Just received an Intend to Deny notice for the EB1A 140. I was given 30 days to provide additional evidences. I would be really appreciated if any one can give any useful suggestion.

Another question is, I also found the LUD of my NIW 140 has changed (but the EB1a one was not!) They said a Duplicated Notice has been sent to me on 1/12/07. I am wondering if the indend to deny letter for EB1a is going to impact my NIW case which is already been approved?
