No, I'm in Missouri.

My attorney is going to prepare my ETA750 for state labor only, but he asked me to gather experience letters and give them to him along with other ETA750 related docs.

But I thought for state or federal labor, experience letters are not required, they are needed only for 140. so why is my attorney asking for them now ??

I'm just a little bit confused. Hope anybody who has experience in this matter could help out!!! Thanks!!!
