What doese this mean by I-485 Preliminary processing ?

Hi
I got notified by a letter form Dept of Homeland security & UCIS.

It says " Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed and it has been transferred to the INS office at
Nebraska Service center.
Thas office will notify you when they schedule a interview on the application or petition "


Any one what does this mean ?

! . background check or name check is done ?

2. what's the further action ? interview ?
all I-485 need interview ?
