Help please on my CPT question

I am using my CPT working for company A. Since I will graduate this May, so the end date of my CPT is one day before my graduation. Now the project in company A will be ended this march, and company B invites me to do internship from March till my graduation. My question is: can I transfer the rest of the CPT I am using for company A to company B? Anyone has the experience on this? Your advice is appreciated!
