Hello, My friend got his I-485批准信 from TSC in last Nov, it has been over 60 days since then, but he still hasn't got his green card yet, is it normal? I thought usually GC comes right after I-485批准信, and is there anything he could do at this point? Like make an appoinement with INS and get a GC stamp on his passport
