请问WOM到底依据那个时间？

09/2005 filed 140/485 together
05/2006 140 is approved
12/2006 my lawyer asked the USCIS about my status, name check

这两天和一个律师谈file WOM的可能性（也不一定是现在， 想先了解一下）， 他说140通过的时间太短， 建议再等两个月。

想问一下，这个依据的时间到底是485file上去的时间， 还是140通过后的时间， 还是namecheck的时间？ 我知道我现在在namecheck，可怎莫知道它啥时候开始的呢？
