请教小白兔，再说NAME CHECK 和请教WOM的程序？

好久没有关心name check，因为实在等太久了，我们是2004年5月递的485，之后就check了，指纹打了两次了。上这问过两次，好像很多朋友都被check，成了一个平常的事情，也就没有多问了。今天看很多朋友的帖子好像出了个WOM，可以去sue FBI的action？怎么行动呢？是不是一定要找律师？多谢！
