help, XIao Bai Tu. I-485 Going Back

Please help. My hu*****and's 140 approved. Both of us 485 pending. Name check pending since Nov. If an American company wants me to work for their China division, what should I do next if I accept the offer? How can I maintain my status? Anybody share your similar experience? Thanks a lot.
