Dallas BEC issued a Notice of Finding(NOF) in May 2006 and a rebuttal letter was filed immediately after. Basically the NOF informed us the wage was not enough for certification. The case is still pending. Anyone who has expereinced this similar situation? Your opinion is greatly appreciated.
