申请H1工作不会影响绿卡申请

我的简历上是不是不该提EAD呀?
It is better to tell them that you have EAD in the job hunting.
若不用OPT找工作是不是很难呀？
If you have I-485 based EAD, OPT is not necessary.
急死我了.....，救救我吧,

If you will graduate soon, e.g. on May 20th, and you plan to work for a company, you can only apply H1b in April and the start date will be Oct 1. You have to use I-485 based EAD to get pay. To make you feel better, apply H1 visa outside US in the end of Sept.

If you plan to work in school (any non-profit org), apply directly for H1b.
