Our I-140 application check has been cashed. The wording on the back side of the check has a 13 digit number starting with LINC? Does it mean our case has been transferred to Nebraska? Or is it the case or checks will be cashed first in Nebraska and then randomly assigned to a center. This is a NIW case.

Also, Anyone know that the is there any way to facilitate our EB1a to tx center next time when we its I-140 form?
