b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
If someone has filed immigrant petition for you or your family member in this application, you have to answer Yes. Even though it may take many years before you actually get immigrant visa, USCIS still may deny your application.

In another word, you should anwser any yes on Part-4, is that right?
