关于Advanced Parole

我太太申请的I-140已经被批准了，现在我们的I-485正在pending，我们都已经有了Advanced Parole。但是我现在是用H-1B在工作。如果我们现在回国再用Advanced Parole回美的话，请问我的H-1B是不是还有效？还是就自动转到I-485 pending的status去了，而H-1B就无效了，我不得不重新申请EAD来继续工作了？非常感谢！
