请教：想邀请父母来美

我2001年5月份以未婚妻身份来美，7月结婚，劳工是美国公民。结婚后就递交了绿卡申请。我一直在上学，没有工作。我们2003年底刚买了房子，口袋里没有剩下几个钱。2004年1月份收到绿卡申请被批准的信，被告知绿卡还要几个月才能拿到。由于劳工在航空公司工作，所以有便利条件经常回国（已经申请过两次advance parole）。从来美国到现在每年寒暑假都会回去一次（幸福ing ：）），加起来有5次左右了。其间有一次是和劳工一起回去的。今年5月份准备再回去一次，把爸爸妈妈接过来住几个月。
我的问题是：
1。 我和劳工要为父母准备什么资料
2。我父母要准备什么资料（爸爸退二线，算不上退休，但不用去上班了，妈妈已经退了好几年了。我还有一个未婚的哥哥）
3。我父母签证时可能会遇到什么问题，有什么他们要注意的
