You have two questions

1,About fingerprint,write to service center where your
case is pending,or go to your local CIS with info pass to inquire.
2,For name check, you should wait at least 6 months since your priority date becoming current,then you may try to write to the director of service center,your senator ......to ask help,if you failed on all ways,then may consider to file a lawsuit to FBI & USCIS at your district court.
