The reason I have to prepare those prove documents is, on my LC ETA 750 form, in the column 14: [Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required to Perform the Job Duties], it clear stated: bachelor's degree, 1 year job offer and 1 year related experience, and "Database programming" is also specified.
As I read from the forums, especially for NSC, even for EB3, they RFE for evidence that you meet all the conditions set on the LC allpication.
