Sorry about it. let your boss to refuse them by finding any excuse. Of course, he must be willing to help you. If it is difficult for you to persuade him,at least let him keep you if really qualified persons exsist. And later on, find another company and leave.

My situation was, i intended to change my traditional LC application to RIR. However, we got 14 resumes. I asked HR and my boss to refuse them by calling them and writing to them. However, they rejected. So, i could only take the traditional way(it was much easier than RIR) and so far, i did not get my card.

For you, only one way:PERM. So, you must get the company's real help. if not, leave it.
