移民局文件出错，怎么改正？

just got my H1approval notice, but BSCI put the wrong valid date on the notice and I94 card. How to ask them to correct it? Anybody has the same experience before, please let me know. ( It's pure administrative error made by BSCI) Thanks a lot!
