最近有收到移民局J1-waiver的receipt朋友吗?

已经收到DOS的recommendation三周了, 可还没有收到移民局的receipt, 原来在这看到有人说没有收到receipt就直接收到approval了, 有这种情况吗? 最近收到DOS信的J-1朋友们有收到移民局的通知的吗? 一般要多长时间批准? 谢谢朋友们的分享!
