小白兔和其他专家：Help!

Hi xiaobaitu and friends,

A friend of mine got a temporary green card via marriage last year. Now her hu*****and has divorced her. Although her temporary green card will be still good for another two years, her application for formal green card will be definitely denied in two years (that is my understanding, am I right?). My questions are:

(1) Can she change her visa status to H1 or F1 during her temporary green card period without leaving US?
(2) If she get married with a US citizen when her temporary green card is still valid, can she apply for green card again without leaving US?
(3) If she get married with a US citizen when her temporary green card is expired or she is out of status, can she apply for green card again without leaving US?
