求助：我们的FBI背景调查是怎么回事呢？

上周去了移民局的local office, 被告知老公的FBI背景调查还没有完成，已经2年多了。很奇怪的是，他早都做过2次finger print, 我们去年7月就收到了485 的ref，当时打电话查询, 也被告知背景调查都已经完成了，case 也到officer 手里了，应该很快就有结果了。在移民论坛上看到的情况也大多是背景调查完成后才收到ref的，怎么我们的就不一样呢？

请教大家该怎么办？除了给senator and congressman 写信之外，能不能给FBI打电话和写信之类的。谢谢了。
