Read the instrction of I-824 carefully,never say you

can't file the application after 2 years since you got your green card, I-824 will be processed by CIS service center,not local office,you should contact the
service center in charge of your area.
By the way,if you aren't primary applicant on the I-485 case that made you got your green card,you can't file I-824 for your daughter,if so,you have to file an I-130 application,she has to wait about 5 years to get
an immigrant visa due to priority date,or require her father to file an I-824 for her,she may get green card after about one & half year.
