请教小白兔和其他专家,自己办H1B transfer,网上填好ETA9035E,应该寄

请教小白兔和其他专家, many thanks in advance! very appreciate your help and your answer!

自己办H1Btranfer,网上填好ETA9035E后,打印出来找公司签字,然后再寄到USCIS together with form I-129 and other supporting documents.


My question is, should I also need send a copy of signed form ETA9035E to labor department? If needed, where should I file to?

I saw someone post a message here and ask a question if he need send this singed form to labor department and got an answer of yes. Based on my understanding, I only need send a copy to USCIS. I am so confused. :(
