why you think that you can't get AP in 3 months? It is very likely that you can get that. Send your materials ASAP.
If you can't get AP in the end of February, then think about what to do. It is too early to worry about the landing deadline.
BTW, I don't think that you can postpone the landing time. I thought about that before. But as far as I know, there is no way.
