WOM or not WOM, it is a problem

The information on WOM here is conflicted and confusing. Can any one give some authoritive info on procedure, list of documents, etc.

I asked two lawyer on this. Both discourage the use of WOM. However, I noticed that all most all the case which have been post here were successfull
