为什么我们应该要SUE

Wondering how many people have the same thoughts as me:

For GC, the most difficult/suffering/unacceptable thing for us is the extremly long waitting, not the rejection. If our GC is rejected, we can make up our mind to go back to work in China or other countries. That is actually a good choice for us. It is the long waitting which really kills us.

Filing WOM will force CIS or FBI to give us a decision on our cases, even if it is a rejection decision, it is still better than the waitting. If our cases are dismissed because they think we have not beeb waitting long enough. then wait for a few month and file it again, and again. The only thing we lose is the $250 per se filling fee each time...
