关于WOM和NC再说两句

首先,请慎重,毕竟和政府打官司,请先充分了解每一个环节
其次,证据要充分,否则自找麻烦
所谓证据
1.NC何时开始的书面证据
2.NC等待至少一年
3.排期已到
4.联系过USCIS,FBI,SENATOR等等
5.FP不是很快要过期
6.引用法律一定要精确(很多因为这个被句的)

另外,现在直接被句的很少,很多是联邦律师要求延时间(一般一次三个月,法庭一般会允许),这么几次也很难受的.所以要有很好的和联邦律师打交道的技巧.碰到一个NICE有同情心的联邦(被告方)律师也很重要.同样的案子在同一法庭可能因指定的联邦律师不同而有很不同的结果
