请小白兔和其他高手们指点指点怎麽办？陷入困境。

先生的EB1A 140 已获批准。 现考虑递交485。 我持B2 多次往返签证。 下个月中下旬不得不回国。 想一起递交485，又有点担心。 小白兔说如果在AP 下来以前离境会很危险。
不过，听说离境后， 我先生也可以在美帮我申请AP. 请问谁有这方面的经验吗？ 或者不递485， 递824 在中国办绿卡。不知会不会有麻烦， 或者要用更长的时间？不知怎样更好呢？
