485 Approved? "Card Production Ordered"?

Dear XDJM,

Yesterday my 485 status showed:

"Current Status: Card production ordered.
On December 21, 2006, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you..."

I am guessing the "Card" means GC, but why didn't it say
Approved? This is the 1st time we apply for GC, why did it
say "new card"? Anyone got the same message b4?
