到底什么时候进行，如果我申请NIW or EA，老看见有人抱怨这个，是不瓶颈阿？
还有就是等排期的政策不是2005年10月才提的吗？怎么visa bulletin 的current date for EB2 is April,2005.
还没开始申请，问题比较傻，望大家见晾。多谢！
