换工作，请教小白兔和其他大侠

我的情况是：EB3，PD AUG,2000，140已经批准，485pending，到明年1月过180天，公司今年情况不好，明年要关闭，我已经在找新的类似工作。请问是否要重新申请140？如何申请转雇主？需要填那些表格？新雇主要提供哪些文件？
