How to answer: Have you ever before applied for permanent reside

I filed 140 only under EB-2. Now I am trying to file both 140 and 485 under EB-1. How to anser the following question in I-485:

Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.? Yes or No.

Should I check Yes since I have filed I-140 under EB-2?
