老婆父母的移民签证被拒了, 请问大家有办法上诉吗?

老婆想要怀孕了, 很想父母过来陪伴一下.
因为是公民, 就申请父母移民了, 一切资料齐全.

拒签的理由是他们是共党员. 移民官问他们是否党员, 他们据实回答是. 问他们是否参加会议, 他们也说有参加. 结果被拒签了.

老两口现还在广州的宾馆里, 本来还准备玩两天的, 现在一点心情都没有了.

白忙了一年多,老婆现在伤心透了.

请问有办法上诉吗?

以后要是申请旅游探亲的话, 要如何办呢? 也会被拒吗?
