research scientist，或者research associate之类，第二，要证明这确实是永久性职位，而不是funding based。

不管你老板多牛，如果你的title是postdoc，办EB-1b outstanding肯定不会被接受，你要么想办法搞成permanent position的马甲，要么你走EB-1a。
