转十年绿卡的问题

我申请转十年绿卡，我女儿的收据收到了，上面的日期是12月4号，大概是8号收到的，现在14号了，我的收据还没收到。我女儿的收据上面有我的principal's receipt no. , 但我上网查case status却查不到那个收据号码的任何信息，这是怎么回事呀？有没有XDJMS遇到我这样的情况？
