Am I qualified fr Eb1 and or NIW

I have updated my list after one month's effort of collecting supporting materials.

PhD (engineering) from U; MS from China

5 english journal papers (1st author in 4 of them, one is second author);

5 conference papers (english); 10 chinese journal papers (1st authors in most of them);

3 chinese patent, one first inventor patent was comercialized in china (sell my patent to one company and make a little money). I am the 3rd and 6th investigator in other two.

Sigma Xi membership after normination by a indepent professor out my circle. and one other common professional society memeber.

Reviewers for one chinese journal and indepedent reviewer for a international journal.

no media report,
no prize except awars in school as good student
