向各位前辈请教关于consular processing申请绿卡

我男朋友说他已经以绿卡身份了出入美国，就只差正式拿到卡了。如果我们马上结婚我是否能马上就申请consular processing？还是要等上一段时间？此期间如果我要去美国旅游或者探亲能顺利办到签证吗？会不会说因为在移民怕我去了就不出来了而拒绝发短期签证？先谢谢各位！
