How long can I get first finger print notice after 485 filing?

I filed 140/485 to NSC in Aug. The received date is 26 Aug, notice date is 28 Sept. I haven't got any update, even the finger print notice. I heard that it normally takes 1 - 2 months to get the notice. Does anybody else have the same situation as me? Thanks.
