Thanks a lot, XiaoBaiTu and Radiology. My 6th year H-1B will expire on 2/7/2007.
If I file for extension with proof of DOL receiving my PERM appeal, which means PERM has been denied, will Immigration look it negatively when they consider my 7th year extension? Thanks
