I filed I-140 on 11/22. My attorney used express mail to send the application. USCIS received on 11/24 (11/23 is the Thxgiving day) and emailed my attorney on the same day with receipt number.

LUD on 11/28, 11/30 and 12/08. The case was approved on 11/30 and notification was mailed on 12/08.
