与美国公民结婚后，申请入藉，是否要取消原先的绿卡申请？

EB3办绿卡等了将近六年，现在卡在BC/Name Check 上。
明年六月打算结婚，对方是公民。如果我通过配偶申请入藉，需要放弃我还在进行的绿卡申请吗？
