H1 processing time problem

I checked my status on-line and found out that the processing time changed again! It was "60 days to 150 days" before, and changed into "15 days to 21 days" on Monday, then changed back to "60 days to 150 days" again!!!! What's going on with BCIS's database? It is totally messy up or what? Confused.
Anybody has the same problem? Please help!
