请教小白兔或各位大虾关于I-485的问题

I plan to file my I-485. However, in 2004, I worked a week with a job not related to my major during my OPT and used my EAD card(I got a W-2 from the company). Then I found my current job, filed Perm & I-140.

Question: Do I need to put this temporary job in my G-325A "Employment History" form?

BTW, do you know some good lawyer whom I may hire to help me with my I-485 application?
