I-94 card

due to no copy 1-94 cards at that time, now I need to a copy of I-94 card and number in wavier form, can I entry second I-94 card and number, or where did I get I-94 card copy, I asked for University frist attending to, but University said that they do not have record about 1-94 for more than three years.
