Please help me!!!

Recently my company is thinking about help me applying for green card. I worked as software engineer in Silicon Valley for a US company.
The problem is that the HR and the lawyer they got wants to do the regular process for me, but I do not think it will be any chance for me if I do the regular process. But I do know the RIR now is really difficult. What should I do? Any suggestions?
